Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

At Daxtion (www.daxtion.com), we specialize in digital creativity. All products available on our website are digital downloads. Please read this policy to understand how you will receive your purchase.

1. No Physical Shipping

Since our products consist of origami tutorials, clip art, and 3D paper models in digital formats (such as PDF, JPG, or PNG), no physical items will be shipped to your home or mailing address. There are no shipping costs or handling fees for any of our products.

2. Instant Delivery Process

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, the following will happen:

  • Order Confirmation Page: You will be redirected to a confirmation page where a download link will be available directly.

  • Email Delivery: An automated email containing the download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant (usually within a few minutes of purchase). If you have not received your download link within 10 minutes, please:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder in your email.

  2. Ensure that the email address you used at checkout was entered correctly.

4. Technical Requirements

To access and use our digital products, you will generally need:

  • An internet connection to download the files.

  • A PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free) or an image viewer.

  • A printer (if you wish to print the tutorials or patterns).

5. Download Limits

To protect our intellectual property, download links may have a limit on the number of attempts or an expiration period (e.g., 30 days). We recommend that you save the files to your personal computer or cloud storage immediately after download to ensure permanent access.

6. Failed Delivery or "Link Expired"

If your download link fails to work, expires, or if you accidentally deleted your file, please do not worry. Simply email us at support@daxtion.com with your order number, and we will manually resend the files to you as soon as possible.

7. Refund Policy Coordination

Because our products are delivered instantly and are "used" upon download, they are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Please review that policy for details on eligibility for refunds.
