Thank you for shopping at daxtion.com. We want your children to have the best crafting experience possible. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via download, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Nature of Digital Products
Since our products (Origami tutorials, clip art, and 3D models) are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the download link has been sent or accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" to us in their original condition.
2. Exceptions and Refund Eligibility
We understand that technology isn't always perfect. We will consider refund or exchange requests under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice in the same order or within a 24-hour period, we will gladly refund the duplicate payment.

Technical Issues: If you are unable to download the file or the file is corrupted/unreadable, please contact our support team. We will first attempt to provide you with a working copy or an alternative format. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.

Wrong File Sent: If the digital file you received does not match the description of the product you purchased (e.g., you bought a Lion tutorial but received a Bird tutorial), we will send you the correct file immediately or issue a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of Mind: "I no longer want the tutorial" or "My child changed their mind" after the file has been downloaded.

Accidental Purchase: Purchases made by children without parental supervision (we encourage parents to review the cart before checkout).

Incompatibility: Failure to have the required software to open standard PDF or image files (most of our files are in standard PDF or JPG/PNG formats which are compatible with all modern devices).

5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
